Completed in 2018, Susanna partnered with architect Andrew Balshaw from Qu-est Design & Planning as the lead interior designer for a project intended to completely revolutionise the Hencote Winery in Shropshire. Working closely with owner Andy Stevens set out to create a brand new, purpose built, high-end winery destination unlike anything available in the region already. By the end of development, the home-grown, 30-acre vineyard was transformed into a luxurious visitor experience complete with a fully functional winery, bar and restaurant, wine shop, and event venue showcasing the brand.
